List-chan here. The most recent additions were pearlgirl710 and striderian to pretty tier. The whole thing could use a cleanup though if we want to move down less active people and move in homestucks who are good-to-mediocre but active. That's supposed to be what up and coming tier is for but nobody suggests for that anymore.
