Accident or not, it just looks similar but it does not mean they are the same. The Germans of that time period chose to create their logos and design with aesthetics in mind. I do not believe it is fair to say A and B are the same or similar based on subtle or slight similarity to design elements of a fascist symbol. I don't know how to word it out properly but considering how you had to modify the symbol in such a way to the point it becomes a recognizable SS symbol, I believe you are in the wrong for this convo we are having.

For example, the "star symbol" in red can easily denote a communist meaning, but that's just my assumption and I don't have concrete evidence to support it. At least it is not a "deliberate copy" with minimal tweaking. For example, London Boy clothing brand.
