I have never heard this thing about the Japanese loving "average looks" until this thread happened. It's well known that Japan likes cute girls with childlike features, but neither of those things necessarily imply average looks. I've seen everything from average to stunning from foreign models working in Japan. It's whether or not their face is cute with big eyes that matters.

I get the feeling some of you are saying Japan prefers average girls as a way to downplay Dakota's looks. You're so transparent.
