I think I let the kindness of that cosplay get to me.

>sunday at dealers room
>popped in for last minute stuff
>don't see anything I like there but walk around
>stopped by some chick in a kigu by some table for a con
>she asks who I was and a small convo goes along with a picture
>she laments not being able to get something or that jazz
>figure, "Aw fuck it" and hand her a 20
>she doesn't believe it and tries to give it back
>wave it off and tell her, "Use it better than I would"
>say goodbye and leave
>realize I just gave 20 bucks to a stranger
>shrug it off and keep going around praising

I didn't buy shit from the con anyway. Better someone else get something they want.
