Is it just me or isn't it that you're supposed to slowly buy each piece for a coord until everything matches and then wear it?

I understand buying just a skirt and then getting excited, slapping it together with what ever they have in their cas-normal Nermal stuff, and also the fact that Shiro and Kuro lolita can be hard, but why?

She could be a really cute lolita if she takes her time and lets her wardrobe add up a bit.

If this person was the least bit interested in lolita they should have learned by now not to mix whites or blacks that aren't the same hue, put a petti on ( or fluffy bloomers), tights, do her hair (or put on a wig) then saved that bow and sweater for another look and saved those capri pant leggings for laundry day because those pants never look good with anything.
