I super hate my profile/jawline and would consider having my neck/jawline fixed up. It's my one feature that makes me feel thoroughly "not me" when I see it in photos. Mostly because I look fine straight-on or from a 3/4 angle, but full profile is unfortunate. It's amazing the aesthetic difference the jaw makes.

Pic related is a much more severe but similar problem to mine. I don't know if there are non-surgery options to tighten up the neck/define the jaw?
