There's only a few things I'd want to do, but they're primarily for quality of life improvements, not to cover insecurities.

Despite the fact that it's for a fucking medical condition, insurance companies consider the surgery for pectus excavatum (pic related) a cosmetic surgery, so there's that. I don't know if they'd be able to do anything about mine, though, because my bones have solidified by now and it's off to the side.

Rhinoplasty. Mostly to fix my deviated septum, but I'd probably get it shaved down a bit, too. An ex of mine had his shortened when he went to get his deviated septum fixed.

One of my ears sticks out through my hair and it's really annoying. I can't count how many times I've hit it with curlers and straighteners. I figure getting that fixed would be pretty easy.

I was considering tits, mostly if I can't fix my PE. One of my breasts sinks into my dent so no bras, no matter how much padding, will ever fit me properly. I have broken down and cried in dressing rooms when shopping for bathing suits when I was younger because of how not a single top I could find worked with my condition. Only problem is I'd have to keep going back to get them touched up, and I'm not really a fan of that idea.
