Looking for someone to make

have instructions to do so, can tell you what materials you need to get, just dont have the skills to make it or the tools. the last person I tried to commission wrote me up some plans for it and backed out due to being busy.

even with all of this info and a budget of $300 (despite costing only $50 to make according to my guy) I haven't found someone to make this yet. Its been three years. fucking hell. If you know someone or think you can be that someone pls respond
