I've seen my friend with a good wig but this is the only decent one I an find using Taobao. On her reference picture, the colour comes out to look more black than her talk sprites.

Either way, I actually think that matching the contact and hair colour is the most important of all. It's important to note that her eyes are lighter and a colder colour than her hair.
