If dark hair is too harsh on you, an icy/platinum (or if that's too pale, something ashy toned) would look good I think. >>9151659 is right though, undertone is more important when it comes to colors looking flattering. If ash blondes are too cool for you but you still suit blonde, a neutral blonde would probably work. A blonde with a warmer tone would still look nice think but I would probably avoid anything extremely golden.
