Hey cgl, I'm a landwhale currently improving my skills and working on some basic garments. What I'm making is based on pic related (but won't be exactly the same, I'm altering it to fit my shape)

I just wanted to know what would be best construction-wise to improve my general apperance; should I add boning to the dress, or should I just wear a corset underneath it?

I was going to do cute Easter Madoka with my Mami but I haven't lost ANY of the weight I told myself I'd start to lose so I wont be the Kawaii Magical Girl I'd hoped I'd be. I do love some of the variant outfits though.
