/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

What kind of fabric would ya'll recommend for a seifuku? It'll be worn to a con in summer, so the lighter the better, but otherwise appearance takes priority.
What should I use for the shirt part, and then for the skirt/collar, and the scarf?
(Fabric picking is my weak point, sorry for asking what are probably obvious questions!)
