Manga complex age was mentioned before, but there's also a one-shot by the same name. It's about a older lolita. I find it really interesting, cause the ending is as tragic as it gets, and the portrayal of a western lolita is really meanspirited, I guess? There are some weird stuff, mostly on this page (western clothes from angelique pretty?), but I don't know if it's like this in the original or if translator fucked up.

I'm not a lolita myself, but I thought the manga Complex Age was pretty interesting. There's only two chapters translated from what I can tell though (first one is about a Lolita and the second one is about a cosplayer).
