For black cutsews I usually go with stretchy office lady tops from ebay/aliexpress for convenience, although if you find brand sleeves too short the Chinese sizing will definitely run short on you - pic related is basically what I lived in all last winter for work and for frills, because the lace is decent, they're comfortable, and you can pile on the thermals underneath. They do not machine wash well though, and it's advisable to reinforce the buttons. On the other hand they're like $7 with free shipping, so...
