Bodyline's not a sex shop because it's selling vibrators or whatever. Instead, it's basically the Leg Avenue of Japan, selling "lolita costumes" alongside cosplay costumes, instead of the real thing. That's why their clothes are made from cheap strange polyester material, cheap scratchy lace, and stiff fabric -- they're meant to be costumes, uncomfortable for only a few hours, instead of real clothes that a lolita can wear all day. That's the reason they're looked down on, imagine some girl showing up in pic related to your tea party and trying to claim she's the lolita-est of the land.

GLB ad space can be bought, and if Bodyline is bringing in the dosh then I don't see why GLB would refuse them ad space. However, when you check the street snaps at the back, where people are giving a rundown of their outfits and naming every brand, suddenly their Bodyline shoes or socks would simply be "I forgot the brand" or "I don't know" instead of openly up admitting that they bought their stuff from a costume shop.
