That’s Freddy Cousin-Brown, a super basic paid-follower “influencer” who is just as tacky as your average lolita. She’s known for bad taste and extremely poorly styled bangs. Odd choice for contrast. Her look would probably appeal to sweets so I can only assume the poster is either a scrote into lolita or a lolita at heart feeling sour grapes about the price of the clothes they really want. (She mostly wears cheap, no-brand plastic China shit that she shills on her site.)
