Holy shit. I came to this thread for other reasons, but this is quite a nasty coincidence. Okay, I know Max PERSONALLY. I met him pretty recently through something none comic related, and he's a great guy... but he's a little scattered. He runs Comic Props pretty much by himself, as well as sources out pieces he made to other costume makers to compliment what they can't do. He is actually assisting me with the non-sewing parts of my Red Robin. The guy is fucking talented, but usually has too much shit going on to focus. This guy is REALLY busy, and he should NOT be working alone under Comic Props. He has asked me to be his new seamstress since his other one got busy with other projects and I'm into costume design. It DOES and DOESN'T surprise me that people have had issues with things not being sent out. He seriously has a lot of shit going on, and I don't know why he won't just get an assistant to make sure everything ships out okay. He's far from a scammer, just scatter brained with too much to do. What did you order? When? Did you ever receive it or a refund?
