Sorry to say but this is a Do Not Buy.

Minuses:
It's all kinds of wonky.
-Fabric is stiff and does not take well to gathering at the waist like it should. A wash or 5 may help. I don't know yet.
-The shoulder area is tight. I think they just made the whole thing to proper size but forgot to size up the length of the straps.
-The back is way too big and juts out when I wear it.
-It does ride up a little because it's slightly short waisted.

Pluses:
The lace at the front is cute and the buttons secure. The shorts part is a weird length but not short. The bodice at the front fits well.


I sew so I'll open the arm scythe, take in the back, and shorten the leg and reattach the leg ruffle. That should make it cute and wearable.
