Nearly all long lolita capes give you the triangle shape so I'm not sure where you're coming up with the idea that it's not lolita.

I'm not a fan of the coord personally, I hate the floral couch print, specially combined with a tea length dress. But there's nothing really wrong with the shape itself. It's cool if it's not your cup of tea, but to say 'it is not lolita' is a bit much.
