Less loose threads than the navy outfit.
Headband was DIY and the ruffles wouldn't stay straight up, they either pushed to the front or the back.
I couldn't even get the dress fully zipped up because of my chest.
The apron tied well but the straps kept falling off my shoulders despite tying the ties tight and tugging the apron down to try and keep them from falling.
Fabric wasn't that see through from what I could tell and worked okay with the pannier that came with my navy outfit.

I can't really rate the maid outfit because I couldn't even wear it but the construction is good. Maybe if I wore a chest binder it would fit but it was such a hassle to try and get on.
