Autogynephilia. Literally "love of one's self as a woman." A lot of gender bender fetishists have it, and it's heavily argued over whether or not MTFs have it and are just taking it to the logical extreme as a fetish or if it's simply a pre-transition/pre-diagnosis indicator. Autoandrophilia is the same thing going the other way. Bringing up either will cause absolute shitstorms in /legbutt/.

I've had AGP since I was a child and it has utterly crippled my ability to date. I rarely find normie looking girls attractive and I have to imagine myself as the girl in bed which the few girls I go that far with are absolutely never into. However, for me, it is just a fetish and I'm not trans. I keep it to myself with rare exception because trying to talk about it is basically opening a gigantic can of worms, either of other guys roasting me for it, women freaking out about it, or everyone trying to convince me I'm trans and not admitting it to myself. I'm just a little fucked in the head and experimented on rare occasion with crossplay because I wanted to be cute for once, though that's stopped since I've gotten older. I don't get why other AGPhiliacs don't do the same when they know that's how people react.
