Don't mix brown and black.
Pretty much drop everything but the dress and maybe the cardigan. You managed to pick one of the ugliests BL blouses.

I found most everything on Bodyline or ebay. The tights are grimoire replicas.
You can get a normal beret and attach a bow to it, so you can do like black beret+sax bow, or whatever combination you want.
You can also just go with a headbow, I just like berets
