Thanks anon, I guess I'm just a little worried about things with sailor collar or if it would look really weird compared to most girls in sweats+legging. I'm from Boston, and the few schools with uniforms here look pretty bleh and not at all cute.
Would you say "toned down preppy nanchatte" is blouse + skirt + tie + cardigan, or can you add a blazer on top?
