I think even on a smaller girl the apron would still look too slim across the chest. either way, I suggest something like knee high torchon lace topped socks. really depends on the lace in the dress and other accessories, but since I can tell the lace in the headdress is torchon, I feel that would be the best. Probably black with white lace, or even just withe/white.

(I know this is a cosplay-ish photo, and pink/white, but it was the only maid style outfit I could find on my phone right now to help. something like these socks, just with lace to match the other lace in the outfit)

I really love my baby torchon topped socks, and meta has wonderful raschel lace topped socks.
