/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I'm a reasonably built guy and cosplaying as a character that doesn't wear a shirt. Am I going to have to deal with a bunch of people that accuse me of being a fake geek or shit? Any precautions I should take?

At the same convention with that Lolita
>She comes up from behind and asks for a photo
>Doesn't realize it's me
>I take the photo with her
> She starts hitting on me
>I turn her down which destroys her self esteem (She thought her shit didn't stink)
>Walk out

Fast foward to 2012
>Dante cosplay
>I see her in the distance
>She's incredibly fat and looks like a train wreck
>She looks at me and realizes it's me
>Didn't get that I was Nightwing
>I call her the most ugly girl I've ever laid eyes on and no fucks were given
>I later find out that she always used to make people feel like shit because she thought she was God's gift to earth
