Hey guys, I know some of you were after a review of some lolita shoes from the last thread so here goes:

So these shoes are rather cute and versatile but the stolen Dream V stock pics had me a little worried. The pictures further down the listing are pretty accurate representations of the product so I didn't get any nasty surprises when I opened my box.

The page says to size up so I ordered a size 40. Normally, a size 39 is very comfortable on me and allows room to wiggle even if I'm wearing thicker lolita socks. These shoes are pretty damn small though so even a size 40 is tight.
Luckily(?) these shoes are rather soft so I anticipate that they'll naturally stretch a little bit after a few more wears. The downside of their softness is that they're going to mark easily. I haven't had any accidents with them yet but I feel like one will happen soon. The area around the buckle also feels very thin and flimsy. I'm afraid I'll accidentally rip the pleather trying to unbuckle them.

There's no dripping glue or peeling of the sole so far but only time will tell if they hold up.

Overall the shoes are rather cute. They're neither absolutely amazing nor absolutely horrendous but I probs wouldn't buy them again. It would be cheaper and easier to get shoes through Bodyline but they don't stock a style that is 100% like this.
