You could always do what I did and make one out of a Ikea LACK table. Use a large plush blanket (Or don't be a cheap shit like me and actually buy a proper cover.), put holes in it accordly to the table leg screws, and just buy a kotatsu heater off of Amazon or the sorts.
That's what I did here, even though it was rushed, and it works really well. Saves my ass during the winter, too.
