There's a girl in my comm who has ~7k followers from posting the same shitty "content" every damn day which is her in the mirror in a thong or some sort of taobao bodysuit.
She constantly posts about "cosplay positivity" and "two faced people" but will delete/block/send her neckbeard army after anybody who posts anything that isn't ass kissing. It's almost like the amount of validation she gets for her zero effort cosplay has entitled her to believe that she deserves this kind of attention and anyone who tells her otherwise is quote-on-quote a meanie uwu.
Costhots have cheapened this hobby to premade costumes and no props, "lewd photosets" and shitty character related merchandise + a wig being considered valuable enough to get more likes than skilled costume makers who have been in the hobby for over a decade. And saying any of this publicly will only get you flooded with hate from their fan bases of Indian dudes and orbiters and will get you labeled as being not #cospositive.
