I've never cosplayed before, so maybe this is silly of me to consider given how complicated and overall beginner-unfriendly the outfit looks, but does anyone know of any stores that would be good at custom making an outfit with this sort of silk-woven fabric? Any recommendations in general for good cosplay commission stores would be appreciated. Character is Izumi from Sdorica.
