Fabric.com and fursuitingsupplies.com, Mendels if you want higher-quality stuff. Also try "I'm Stuffed Fur" and "CR Crafts"

I usually buy mine in bulk off Amazon.

You can get decent discounts from jo-anns as well.

I prefer handwashing with woolite. Don't use a dryer unless it has a cool setting, you'll melt the fur.
