Squat-495/Bench-330/Deadlift-605 all time maxes, but I'm at 435/330/500 now after my back injury. Bench is with 1 second pause, can hit 345 Touch and Go.

Honestly, read the /fit/ sticky for good tips. The trick for weight loss is eating at a small caloric deficit (around 300 a day) so your eating habits gradually change. A lot of people will eat at a 1000+ deficit and either give up because they get too hungry, or lose weight but the revert back to old eating habits and gain it back. Also I'd recommend adding weight training to your exercise regime, as muscle burns a shit ton of calories, and there are numerous academic papers that show cardio+lifting is best for weight loss. You'll look really good once you get down to 140ish, and damn good at 130ish so keep it up. Also, Rise would be best, as your face is similar and you wouldn't need a wig. And again, pls read the /fit/ sticky, it is full of useful info and ignores fad diets/bro science.
