I'm new to making costumes so I have some questions. Here are some things I need some advice on for a Roadhog cosplay I'm planning on doing.

What can I do for the metal on his shoes, especially the horn?

What do I need for the armor on his right arm?

Should I buy the mask from Taobao?

What kind of paint should I use if I wanted to paint a life vest black for his armor? I heard that life vests expand when wet.
