I doubt it. CDC's ao and cerulean OTKs don't match their dresses 100%, but I strongly suspect this girl is wearing the ao OTKs with the cerulean premium set, never realising that two are completely differently, slightly clashing colourways

Probably a good lesson that, if you're buying secondhand, definitely do your homework. AP has a lot of different blues -- quite often in the same release.
