Not sure if this is actually a stupid question but I'm not too sure where to ask

I'm thinking about getting a credit card for the first time to keep on hand in case of lolita/regular emergencies (like if my DD shows up and I'm broke... like rn). I'm justifying it because I would like to build my credit up and it would be easier on me budgeting by setting aside X amt a paycheck for a bill. Are there any suggestions that you guys like?

I'm 21, and out of school. Something with rewards that come from groceries or buying things and something without high interest fees/insane limits would be preferable, but I also have no clue what the fuck I'm doing. Thanks ahead of time!
