From what I can see in that image:
>symbol's too large/the features on Mutie's face are too small
>the over-shoulder part is also too large which isn't figure flattering
>missing the cording/'belt'
>eye makeup's too understated; she needs eyeshadow and to line part of her bottom lash line at the very least
and imo, she should've gone for a different expression + her gloves should be over her elbows
