Oh damn, sorry I'm >>6355367 and I forgot to reply to your topic. I just got suddenly overwhelmed by what's going on in my house.

So do you spraypaint inside? I suggest you wearing one of those gas mask with the suitable filter that suits spraypaints, and having some sort of fan that aims out of the window to take as much fumes out as possible. You at least spray while the windows are open, right? I guess that is if you are spraypainting inside, but this also helps when you are letting the piece dry inside. Eventually the paint fumes go away, at least my things don't smell strongly of paint after it is 100% dry. Also I seal my stuff with some polyurethane.

You might be a bit fucked but this might help a little in the long run...
