Do they? I've never been in a physical AP shop. I know they don't tear/cut the bottom of them off of my online purchases unless it's something that was on sale.

Either way, stock in a legitimate shop shouldn't have cut tags. AP wouldn't cut them prior to sending them to a legitimate stockist.

I'm just imagining Maki and Asuka sitting there like this about the whole thing.
