If you mean actual silver wear made out of true silver - these are hard to get in my country (commie times here were not exactly good for luxury items like silver items) even 2nd hand/thrift store/flea market and the one that are available are crazy expensive (we typically earn here 1/3-1/4 of typical US wage). Plus I don't particularly like to deal with silver patina. It mostly leaves me with ceramic or glass.

There is also pewter ware producer Artina in Austria, they have some interesting designs occasionally if someone feels ok with using pewter for silverware (it's a quite soft alloy and gains grayish patina over time i myself have some questions considering chemical reactions with food ingredients too) a.k.a. what were the Addams Familly using in the 1990s movie.
