/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

How would I go about finding something like this? I tried the second term for romper, but there's so many results, is there a term I can use to narrow it down to sleepwear? Or could this be considered a "teddy" or "jumpsuit" and if so what are those terms? This thing is just perfect but I can't find much like it even off TB. Thanks in advance.
