Actually, IW, this is exactly what I did, but it's probably just easier to be sassy with a foreigner than admit you might have made a mistake somewhere because you were overloaded with orders because it took you an entire month to invoice me. In that duration of time I sent one e-mail near the end of the month asking if things were okay, and even provided both my order numbers for ease of searching in case something did happen.

I'm hoping it's just the language barrier making this seem sterner than it is, but has anyone else gotten little tidbits like this in their e-mails from brands?
