I was thinking of just using something similar to a track jacket and adding the long skirt pieces to it.Would this work well enough or does anyone have something closer?

would it be better to spray paint the yellow pieces on or use a thicker sheet foam on the shoulder pads/chest pieces? I also have already plasti-dipped my shoulder pads so if I did use foam sheets what glue would I need to attach it to the surface of the armor?
