The algorithm kinda snowballs then with more views. Nobody knows how the algorithm works, not even those that originally put in the original building blocks for them because they're mostly composed of bots teaching other bots how to better deliver content to humans.

So just make the account, advertise it, view/comment on people of interest and wait for the bots to pretty much do their job and connect you to others.
