Yeah, a lot of people make them custom for their suits! The foam used is usually the same (something with texture and grip on the bottom), but strap design can differ, as long as it stays onto your suit's feet.

I myself want to go the extra mile and make "shoes" for my suits. Though really I'll probably just make vinyl coverings that slip over the foam sandals that look like boots/sneakers. I'll probably carve into the foam too to make it look like shoe soles
