You're the kind of person that reads about subculture online and uses some wikipedia definition to draw lines in the sand for the sake of feeling superior in internet arguements. Go to a goth night in any city and you will hear post-punk, industrial, deathrock, and a million other subgenres and iterations there of and no one will care to argue about what's strictly "goth" because you would be missing the point. Beyond that this board and thread are more centered on the fashion relating to the subculture and if you can't see the vary obvious crossovers and shared influences therein you're willfully blind.
