Anyone own a ped egg? Pic related.

I have really dry feet from the showers in college and using flip flops, so now that I'm home for vacation I can use this baby.
Now I read online that you should only use it when your feet are dry, but I also read online that it works better if your feet are moist.

Also if there's any other solutions to helping out dry, cracked feet I would appreciate it!
