This was the look I went for the end, because I didn't have time to get new lashes or bottom lashes. I'm hoping to get some in the near future when I wear this, probably around February or Sak.

I found this video tutorial that's actually pretty decent., so dropping this here for anybody that wants to do "loli" characters or more realistic than gyaru make up. It might be hard as this is makeup on an asian individual with a double eyelid though.
