I think the coord is nice so far. I would consider a gold charm bracelet, or one with some blue in it (pic related)
I do think that the blue might need balancing with your hair accessories, so consider making those blue and gold - a simple hair bow and gold anchor clips, for example. You could also go ott and wear a small sailing ship on your head, but I think you'd want a fancier outfit overall for that
