Atelier Pierrot bustle JSK
I just got this today but I don't like how it looks on me.
Its brand new with tags (I removed the tag to try it on, but I still have it).
This JSK is very roomy and adjustable.
Id say the max bust would be about 40", max waist is 34".
The bodice has boning, and the back can be let down to make a train. The straps can also be totally removed to make it a bustier JSK.
This JSK is just beautiful and can be worn in so many ways.

I was thinking $270, which is how much it was new, but I'm open to offers.
