I know this is a simple dress for most cosplayers, but this is my first time making a dress in this style. Could anyone give advice or something for the top part? I am using four panels for the skirt to make it poofier (still using a petticoat)
But i'm not sure what to do about the top part and the poofy sleeves.
The character is Mary from IB
I'm pretty sure i can do this on my own. I have a few weeks, so no rush, but i wouldn't mind some help or advice from experienced cosplayers here.
