I have the other (simpler) version of the JSK, and the gigot sleeved blouse in black, which is very comfy.
As the dress is very ott, i don't think a simple side bow would be the better choice. Plus the dress already have 4 bows (not counting the one on the back), so i think the bonnet would be the best choice not to be too redundant. But again, i'm fond of bonnets, so i might be biaised about that.
I personnally accesorized my other jsk with whitexgold thights and navy shoes to balance out the bonnet/headpiece. Also not fond of gold shoes, i find them tacky. Hard to decide for the blouse, but i think that high neck would be better
